You’re Will, Your Choice.

A gift left in a Will is known as a bequest or legacy.

Preparing your Will is one of the most important and personal choices that you may make. By carefully planning your Will you will be providing for the future of your family, friends and any organisation or cause that means allot to you.

After providing for your immediate family please consider a gift to the Woodville West Torrens Football Club.

A Will is a legal document that determines how your assets will be distributed after your death. If you do not have a Will then there will be no choice as to who receives your estate.

We recommend that you seek professional advice to ensure that your wishes in your Will are expressed correctly. Your Lawyer may ask for the correct wording of a bequest to the Woodville West Torrens Football Club. Please give them the following information.

If leaving an amount to the Club the wording should be:-

“I give to the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Incorporated of Oval Avenue Woodville South the sum of $              for its general purposes and I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer, Secretary or Public Officer for the time being of the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Incorporated is a sufficient discharge to my Executor in respect of this gift.”
